In this issue, we are pleased to publish manuscripts that were presented at the Joint
Meeting of the European Society for Paediatric Urology (ESPU)-Societies for Pediatric
Urology Fall Congress (SPU) virtual meeting held in September 2021. Additional invited
societies for the Joint Meeting included the Asian–Pacific Association of Paediatric
Urologists (APAPU), the International Children's Continence Society (ICCS) and the
Sociedad Iberoamericana de Urologia Pediatrics (SIUP). This issue of the JPU also
contains manuscripts presented at the 2021 SPU Fall Congress. The fall congress meeting
was held in person in Miami, Florida during a ‘trough’ between the peaks of COVID
waves in December 2021!
